At BC Jewelry NYC, all our jewelry pieces are personalized and made-to-order, ensuring a unique and special touch for each customer. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damages & Issues
We take great care in crafting and packaging your order, but if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at dbcgarcia96@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide a resolution.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Since our jewelry is custom-made, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
As our products are custom-made, they are exempt from the EU’s 14-day cooling-off period and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. In such cases, please email us at dbcgarcia96@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will provide a suitable resolution.
